Expected time of departure: 11:10 P.M
Actual time of departure: 1:10 AM
Not only did I wait for more than 2 hours (oh.. I came early) for the bus to come, when I asked the bus driver to explain the delay, I got a slurred (yes the driver was drunk) reply that the bus was not late.
